Ever wonder how the fundraiser profits are used by the CBPA PTO?

 

Here are just a few of the things the PTO supports:

 

  • Back-to-school breakfast for teachers and staff

  • Fifth grade class trip to Camp Baker in October

  • Classroom parties during the year – Fall, Winter, and Valentines

  • Additional supplies for classroom and specials teachers

  • Requests for non-budgeted funds for specific classroom needs

  • Staff Appreciation lunches during student conferences  

  • School alumni with a scholarship each year

  • Track & Field day in May

  • Author/Illustrator residency with 1st graders

  • Volunteer coordinator additional hours for volunteer support

  • Health office supplies

  • Choir, Bus Patrol, and Kindness Team support

  • Monthly parent meetings

 

 

CBPA PTO is a registered non-profit organization 501(c)(3). Funds donated to CBPA PTO are used for educational and enrichment programs, equipment, and materials to improve the quality of learning at CBPA.

 

The CBPA PTO has a fiscal year end of June 30. At that time the financial books close, Board members turn over, and budgets are set for the upcoming year. Please note that all reimbursements for current year must be submitted to the Treasurer before the end of the school year.

2021-2022 budget will be made available in July.
